“His response was to fight it with the only weapons at hand—passive resistance and open displays of contempt.” ― Kurt Vonnegut, The Sirens of Titan

Creating a Crime: How the CIA Commandeered the DEA

The Culture of Impunity in American Law Enforcement Begins At the CIA

Infiltrating the DEA and selectively infiltrating the FBI, sherrifs departments, task forces, and the trickle down to local law enforcement “afforded the CIA deniability, which in turn affords it impunity,” writes Douglas Valentine, and much of the occult activity in modern Law Enforcement is “To ensure that the CIA’s criminal activities are not revealed, narcotic agents are organized militarily within an inrviolable chain of command. Highly indoctrinated, they blindly obey based on a “need to know.”

“This institutionalized ignorance sustains the illusion of righteousness, in the name of national security, upon which their motivation depends.”http://www.counterpunch.org/2015/09/11/creating-a-crime-how-the-cia-commandeered-the-dea/

Trying to explain the corruption and the use of highly ritualized, scripted narratives that exist in modern American law enforcement is impossible without explaining how the CIA has taken over each and every agency, one drug deal at a time.

The current police culture of impunity, extra-judicial processes like parallel construction, secret courts and secret court procedures; and the NSA pervasive surveillance of Americans can all be traced to the infiltration of the DEA  by the CIA-because America’s cash flow is directly tied to drrugs, second only to oil. But unlike oil, which is at least a legitimate industry vital to national security, drugs and the subsidiary industries of policing, prostitution, and crime syndicates are arguably an international shame from which America derives great profits.

One careerist Special Agent, or one pot bellied pension padding sherriffs department at a time, drug profits and revenue schemes as well as the host of unconstitutional methods used to gain compliance of intelligence assets, deep state tactics have infiltrated the deepest levels of the narratives of policing. These narratives, and hidden methods are now directly  at the door of every citizen who encounters ordinary police.

From the outright theft of property via “interdiction” and asset forfeiture to the current wiretapping scandal in Riverside County , Ca to the point where every day interactions with police are pre-loaded with intelligence agency terms, and the hidden schemes that are behind them. And, one arm of control of this narratibve is that of organized stalking.

While once it was possible to plausibly deny that the CIA was operating in America, and orchestrating various plots, this article by Douglas Valentine provides a glimpse into how the Company infiltrated the DEA, the FBI, and as we see in the case of the CIA “advisory” role that is deployed in the profiling of people by the NYPD-it is no longer deniable: the constitutional infringements in play in America today started long ago.
